Appointments and Bookings

By booking with us, you agree to attend your appointment on time and provide accurate contact information.

All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation from our salon.

Deposits

A deposit may be required for selected services or multiple bookings. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to provide proper notice may result in loss of deposit.

No-show appointments may be charged up to 100% of the treatment cost.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may lead to shortened treatment time or cancellation if more than 15 minutes late.

Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change. Payment is due in full at the end of your treatment. We accept cash and major debit/credit cards.

Refunds

Completed nail services are non-refundable. If you experience any problems within 48 hours, please contact us and we will assess repairs.

Gift Cards and Vouchers

Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash, and must be presented at the time of payment. Expired vouchers are not accepted.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who behave measuring inappropriately, arrive intoxicated, or present conditions that make treatment unsafe.

Personal Property

The salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items while visiting our premises.
